Taylor Lombard
Throughout life, we experience many transitions and challenges that can be difficult to manage. Sometimes, we need additional support in identifying and navigating the barriers hold us back. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between therapist and client and that we work together as a team to meet your goals, build resiliency, and overcome adversity. I utilize a strength-based and trauma-informed lens to empower my clients to develop insight and make meaningful change. I provide a nonjudgmental space to support your growth journey.
I work with college students and adults navigating life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have specific expertise in supporting those looking to improve their relationship with food, body image, and movement. I also specialize in working with individuals that identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
