Taylor Connolly Counseling
Do you find yourself overwhelmed by emotions? Maybe you feel disconnected in your relationships and struggle with a sense of loneliness. Some people live with anxiety, depression, trauma and AD/HD but have never received the right support. Do you want to find ways to heal and get to know your true self? Together we can explore the root causes of your symptoms and find the right tools to help you reach your goals.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My style of therapy is client-focused and I incorporate CBT, DBT, Child-Play Therapy, Mind/Body techniques, art and music into sessions. I have experience treating symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, AD/HD and much more.
Finding a therapist is not easy and it takes a lot of courage to reach out with that first phone call or email. Client's have described me as warm, playful, curious and honest. I encourage you to reach out to see if we might be a good fit.
