Are you an international or domestic student living away from home? Do you feel overwhelmed? Confused and homesick? These are common experiences that I can help you cope with as I moved from Mexico, my home country, to start my new life here in the United States when I was 18 years old. I am a native Spanish speaker and identify as Hispanic/Latina.

My therapeutic philosophy is grounded in teamwork and following your pace in the therapy room, whether we meet online or in the office, as we explore the stress and pain that brings you to therapy.
