I know that when you are navigating a major life transition, recovering from addiction, or living with the daily, invisible weight of chronic pain, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your own body and mind. You might feel like you are just "managing" rather than living.

I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you don’t have to carry that weight alone. My goal is to help you move from survival mode to a place of genuine resilience and self-compassion.

I provide real tools for real life. I don’t believe in just "talking about it." I believe in giving you the tools to change it. I use a blend of evidence-based therapies to create a toolkit that fits your life:
- DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): We will use the four core pillars—Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—to help you handle intense emotions and navigate relationships without losing your cool.
- Trauma & Deep Healing: Using EMDR and IFS (Internal Family Systems), we can process the past and understand the different "parts" of you that might be stuck in old patterns.
- CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): We’ll identify and shift the negative thought loops that keep you feeling anxious or stuck.

Whether you are a student trying to find your footing or an adult navigating a complex recovery, I am here to walk beside you. We will work together to enhance your strengths and build a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
