At Power Counseling PLLC, we offer a comprehensive range of therapy services for clients residing in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and New Jersey. Our services are tailored to meet your unique needs and are delivered entirely online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform—making therapy accessible, convenient, and confidential.
Our experienced and compassionate therapists offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you navigate challenges, heal from past experiences, and foster meaningful personal growth. We work with children, adults, couples, families, active-duty military personnel, and Veterans.
Our team supports clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, academic stress, impulse control, anger management, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, trauma, family and marital conflict, self-esteem issues, self-harm, career challenges, life transitions, substance use, OCD, PTSD, and gender-specific concerns affecting both women and men.
In addition to counseling, we also offer specialized services such as financial coaching. We now have a new Health and Wellness Coaching program led by a Registered Nurse, designed to help clients prevent and manage chronic health conditions, adopt healthier habits, and improve overall well-being.
