NorthStar Transitions is a dual focused, co-occuring substance abuse recovery program in Boulder, CO. We offer a full recovery continuum of care for adult men and women focused on experiential and evidence based modalities.
Our curriculum is trauma focused and CBT based, with an emphasis on reparative somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and evidence based therapies to equip our clients with tools for long term, sustainable recovery.
We offer Medication Assisted Treatment and have a Psychiatrist, Physician's Assistant, Registered Nurse, and Medical Assistant on staff to monitor medications.
We are accredited by The Joint Commission, and have established in-network contracts with many providers (like BCBS, Cigna, United, Humana, Tricare Prime, and more) to make treatment accessible.
