Morgan Watts
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, worry, and insecurity, frustrated with themselves for repeating patterns that get in the way of having meaningful relationships. When you’re feeling stuck and hopeless, it’s especially hard to feel compassion for yourself. One of the beautiful things about therapy is that it is a space where someone else can hold compassion and hope for you until you are able to hold it for yourself.
In the context of a nurturing, supportive relationship it is not only possible to resolve pain, but to reclaim a life of creativity, meaning, connection, and authenticity. Therapy is about gaining insight, but it’s also about developing skills that allow you to be more resilient and grounded.
I have a passion for supporting people in working through complex trauma, anxiety, and family of origin issues. I love what I do, and that comes through in the care I provide.
