Hi there! I'm Mia, and I'm glad you're here. Searching for a therapist can feel daunting, and I applaud your effort and courage in taking this step.

My own experiences seeking mental health care in college inform how I show up to this work with students. As a first-generation, low income college graduate, I've personally experienced many challenges that can come with navigating this environment with few supports. You don't have to do it alone!

Some of the themes that I work together with clients on include anxiety, self-esteem, stress, perfectionism, values and identity, relationship concerns, and career counseling.
