I provide a safe, warm, and relationally based space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and concerns without judgment. My style is grounded, gentle, and welcoming. Through deeply listening to my client's story and validating their experience I aim to empower them to better understand and comfort themselves so they can ultimately thrive in their lives independent of therapy.
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, college students and adults in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and residential facilities. My therapeutic approach is relational, humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and family systems oriented.
