Together we will work to develop a healthier lifestyle and improve emotional regulation, communication and stress management skills. We'll explore issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma and the impact they have on your relationships and daily functioning. I specialize in working with clients who are navigating various life transitions and/or are members of the LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, consensual nonmonogamy or kink/bdsm communities.
