Katharine Frissora
Hi, I’m Katharine Frissora, a doctorally prepared integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner. I blend traditional psychiatric care with holistic approaches to support mental health in a more whole-person way. I also have a background in art therapy, which shapes how I think about creativity, self-expression, and their role in healing.
I work best with people who want to be active participants in their mental health care and are curious about looking beyond symptoms alone. Whether you’re going through a life transition, feeling stuck, or wanting a deeper understanding of what’s driving your challenges, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan that fits you. My goal is to help you address the root causes impacting your well-being and support sustainable, meaningful change.
