Expand Mentoring offers solution-based, focused, and practical support for daily life. We work somewhere in-between the role of a coach and mentor, building a relationship from which progress can grow. Our Mentors bring to life therapeutic work and apply coping skills in the moment with clients. We specialize in working with clients in areas of executive functioning, coping with anxiety/depression, self-confidence building, addiction and eating disorder support, and creating healthy relationships. We are a guiding force that can serve as a sober coach, a trusting relationship, or a coach for reaching your personal goals.
