Elyse Bassman
I offer a nonjudgmental space to explore your inner world and build relationship with all parts of yourself. I work with folks experiencing overwhelm or anxiety, experiencing a life transition, wishing to reconnect with themselves, or healing from loss, trauma, shame, perfectionism, or people pleasing. I also work with children of emotionally immature parents, highly sensitive people, and those healing from narcissistic abuse. My intention is for my office to be a place where you feel deeply seen and accepted, where you can find your way back to yourself.

I specialize in anxiety and trauma and utilize compassionate talk therapy, mindfulness, IFS (parts work, inner child work or reparenting work), resourcing skills, psychoeducation, and EMDR in sessions with clients. Most of the work I do with clients centers around helping individuals repair their relationship with themselves.
My style is warm and deeply validating. I am not interested in directing your life path (as walking the path of healing is something only you can do), but rather holding a flashlight, offering wisdom and resources, and helping you hold what’s hurting. It is an honor to do this work. Please reach out with any questions or to schedule a consultation.
