Catherine Hennessy
I work with teens and adults to provide a gentle approach to reflecting and engaging with complex emotions. I sit with my clients through their challenges and play an active role in helping them finding hope, understanding, and resolutions. I work with individuals who have experienced grief/loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, challenges in relationships, and difficult life transitions.
I love using art therapy to increase insight and awareness into our thoughts and feelings. I am also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and use this modality to help clients identify and reprocess memories that have contributed to the beliefs they hold about themselves.
