Caroline Verrilli

Hi! I’m Caroline, a mental health clinician with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from William James College. I also hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Women’s & Gender Studies from Providence College.

I support young children, adolescents, families, and caregivers navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is warm, client-centered, and trauma-informed, integrating play, attachment-based, person-centered, and somatic therapies.

I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and supported. I practice with cultural humility and provide inclusive, affirming care rooted in respect for each person’s unique story and capacity to heal. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, read, and practice yoga.
