Anne’s open and receptive warmth welcomes clients who are looking to make changes, improve wellbeing, and work through challenges. Her approach is eclectic and person-centered, tailored to each person specifically. As appropriate, she incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, art and narrative therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness and imagery/meditation, mind-body connection, solutions-focused, and certainly, strengths-based. Throughout her vast clinical professional experience, she has worked with individuals experiencing depressive disorders, anxiety and panic, PTSD, postpartum mental health, self-esteem/identity conflicts, psychosis, mania, adjustment issues, parenting, substance use, relationship conflicts, and loss.
It is Anne’s ultimate goal to create and provide a safe space for connection, to promote empowerment, comfort, trust, and engagement. She provides down to earth and non-judgmental perspective and strongly believes a more natural and genuine approach helps in the outcome.
